Biography
Early years
Gulnara Abdulaeva was born in 1979, in Kezlev(Evpatoria), Crimea. Graduated Tavrida National V.I. Vernadsky University, Faculty of History.
Present, work leading
Historian, currently the author and presenter of the historical program "ALTIN DEVIR" on ATR TV channel. Between 2004 and 2014 worked as a journalist for the weekly Crimean Tatar newspaper "Avdet", that was published in the historical and ethnographic magazine "Qasevet". In 2010 and 2011 headed monthly psychological journal "Indigo". Author of the text and presenter of the historical video blog "Tugra" on the website Сrimea.Realities (RadioLiberty), during the years 2015-2017.
Author's activity
Also she is an author of the books "The Golden Era of the Crimean Khanate "(2012)," Battles from the Crimean Khanate history"(2013), and the historical novel "Shahin Giray"(2008).
A new book by Gulnara, scientific popular monograph "Crimean Tatars: from ethnogenesis to nationhood", upcoming in 2020. In 2005 she has been awarded the Honorary Diploma of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine “For Merit to the Ukrainian People”.
Hobby
Hobbies - scientific books and good prose. Main dream, to become a novelist.
