Medine a shares her impression: “Earlier I attended hand embroidery lessons, and it was very interesting for me. But due to lack of time, this particular type of embroidery did not become my main occupation. I wanted to see a more modern approach, and I began to study programs and materials for creating embroidery."

In 2018 the designer participated in the Festival of Crimean Tatar Traditions in Toronto.

“I am inspired by old photographs in national costumes, architecture and nature of our Motherland. When I come to Bakhchisarai, I admire its color and I want to travel back in time.

And also, I would like to know how our national costume was transformed, how it would look in the 50s style, at a time when our ancestors were deprived of Crimea and the opportunity to develop. In the future, I would like to create a collection of clothes of that time.

Crimea is my Motherland, and I cannot imagine myself anywhere else. I am proud of my people and try to bring a piece of my soul into the revival of our culture."

Currently, Medine Edemova creates modern clothes and decorates them with ethnic elements. Each ornament made by her carries a special ideological meaning. The craftswoman creates all products under the brand "Medine Inci".
